off our bill over the period of 18 months) Origin offered $80 credit to offset all of our losses including overcharging on our accounts, incorrect charges on our bills, having to stay at home for various days so contractors can access and assess the issues, this was an insult. Todate we do not believe the system is fully operational, but no-one cares! There is no customer service or trained personnel who can assist in taking corrective action or even follow up with our concerns. For those who have or do experience the same issues I recommend that you do not bother contacting Origin and just contact the Ombusdsman & Consumer Affairs to ensure there is going to be a resolution

Don't expect support or customer service. Staff are poorly trained to be able to provide any advice on Solar systems
