So forget preparing multiple coffees for a dinner party as according to Nespresso rep " You need to clean every time you heat the milk and let the frother cool down for 3-4 minutes".In their words. Secondly they basically blamed me for not cleaning it straight away and they won't be replacing it with a new one. Customer service was terrible and they were rude.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. convienent, nice design defective frother which Nespresso ignore and bad rude customer service.
