bombed out. I cannot get help to fix it even post a super long wait on the service line.

The stupid thing really doesn't wash or dry that well anyway and the cutlery tray is a gimmick. Don't worry about the extra few bucks - you've all seen those Miele service vans trawling the streets. Get one of those - I wish I had. Its quiet but not much else average washing + poor drying
