  Everyday Pet Insurance

Bad value for money – Beware of the "affordable premium" when first signing up, it doesn't stay affordable for long. We had 2 dogs insured with Woolworths Pet Insurance, both insured as puppies. One

dog is now 3.5 years, the other 2.5 years. We've never claimed for the younger dog and only claimed 3 or 4 times for the older dog and at the point of cancelling the policies, the cost to insure both dogs for 1 year was $2080 per year.

For such young dogs, this seems excessive and certainly not sustainable. Very disappointed.

Hassel free and convenient – Hassel free, convenient and a safe way to receive parcels. I ordered from ebay and my parcel arrived on time at my local pharmacy. I simply took in photo I.D. and collected my

parcel. Definitely recommend Parcel Point to anyone who can't be home to receive delivery.

  Breville Original BTS200

Absolute rubbish – I received this as a Christmas gift so I don't have a receipt, but the unit hasn't been used a lot and the sandwiches stick to the so called non stick coating. Today I noticed the

non stick coating is flaking off and due to the health hazards of ingesting Teflon, I have decided to stop using it.

Breville should be ashamed for producing such rubbish - didn't even last 1 year. This pile of garbage if going to the tip and as someone who has always purchased Breville, from kettles to toasters and even a waffle maker, I will never buy or recommend breville again!

Order delivered and unpacked – Although the driver was a bit late, my order arrived in good condition (no damaged/ spoiled products). I was kept up to date in regards to the status of my order as well. The

delivery guy was really nice and carried two crates of groceries up three flights of stairs and unpacked it for me. Very happy with their service.

  Myer

Frustrating online experience – Shopping with Myer online is not a pleasant experience. First I was trying to purchase a lamp, the lamp clearly was displayed as "take a further 50 percent off", yet when I got to

the checkout, it was 40 percent off. This is false advertising.

Second visit, I was trying to buy a travel coffee mug on a free shipping weekend. I added the $10 item to my bag and proceeded to the checkout. The checkout said my purchase would attract a $65 postage fee as it is a bulky product. I emailed Myer through Facebook and Myer assured me the problem would be fixed, yet when I return the item still has a $65 shipping fee... What a joke, surely a company the size of Myer can fix their website. Going to take my business where it is wanted.
