it's full. I havent had an issue with mine I love it, aldi has been talking about getting in tea and hot chocolate pods for all of those non coffee drinkers. Until then officeworks sells hot chocolate map pods that apparently fit in our coffee machines but they are a little bit more expensive. Aldi has a great refund policy and staff are always happy to help if you have any questions just pop into your local store and ask. Inexpensive And easy
