only real complaint is the froth levels. As is widely reported, DeLonghi dropped the ball on this for those wanting a good flat white. The only real workaround is to either scoop out the excess froth, or have the milk prepared in a separate jug - but this kinda defeats the purpose of the one-touch button system.

If you can live with that, then I definitely recommend this machine. Reliable, fast, easy to use. There's a reason they selected this machine to prepare their coffees in the Nespresso stores. Froth levels.
