SA Gutter Guard Good service initially but the after service was terrible – The owner was also installer. He was friendly at first and we were quite happy with the service. When the gutter guard was damaged and we required assistance to repair the gutter… guard, the service we received was less than average. The company claims up to 20 years warranty of service and material. We received zero warranty and was aggressively spoken to when asked about the possible repairs. Consequently, we had to use another company to do the repairs and was out of pocket. Be very weary of the after service support. |

Peter Shearer Menswear Bad customer service – We paid a deposit for a Hugo Boss suit 16 weeks before our wedding. Plenty of time for the suit to arrive which they said would take approx 3 weeks. We went to pick up the suit… and when we got it home it was a completely different suit. They told us they couldn't get the one we wanted so deliberately gave us another suit rather than call us to let us know. We went back to the store and asked that the suit we actually want be ordered. They said it would take a few weeks. We rang and waited and waited. Two weeks before the wedding they finally told us they couldn't get the suit we wanted. We have never experienced such bad service and they never apologised for wasting our time. We will never again shop at Peter Shearer. I'd recommend going to elsewhere if you plan to purchase a suit. For us we went straight to Hugo Boss who were superb in locating us the exact suit we were after. We should have dealt with them directly in the first place. |

AAMI Home & Contents Insurance AAMI House and Content Insurance – Having recently claimed for house & content for the first time since we took out insurance 10 years ago, AAMI left us disgusted and frustrated with the length of time and the… outcome of the claim. Depsite the claim being no fault of our own, AAMI added to our stress levels. We continually had to call them to find out the state of our claim, we hardly ever spoke to our Claims Manager but was put through to several different people in which we had to retell our story over and over again. We were living in a hotel for a total of 7 weeks and the claim took 5 months to resolve, in which we are still out of pocket by $13,000. We have since taken our business else where. If AAMI took better care of their customers when they need it most, we would have no issues and would not change insurance companies. The ads may be good, but do not rely on AAMI to provide you help when you need it. TV Ads Customer service, time it took to process the claim, continuous mistakes we had to ring and fix. |
