Have absolutely no inhouse order tracking system i.e. they do not know if a consignment is late, lost or whatever. Officeworks something of "the death of a 1000 cuts". Clearly management (do they exist?)are Ivory Tower types. No wonder gerry harvey is having a go. Easy target (no pun intended) Open early and close late. Technical staff helpful. Non electronic products seem to be getting crappier and poor value for money. Just about everything. Ordering system crap. Website search engine worse than rotten.
