Fetch TV DONT!!!! Just don't do it. Bought a Fetch Mighty, with 28 the advertiesed extra free channels. The 'Extra" channels are some of the poorest choices that are on offer thereby… encouraging you to start taking them up on their packages @ $8 Each with maybe 1 good channel in each package. Just DONT do it, you will regret it. I believe I was charged for Disney+ without my knowledge or permission and asked for a refund and cancelation, NO GO was the answer. Asked if I could cancel my Monthy $4 subscription to fetch to use the recording function, the reply was NO, if I did not pay my $4 per month the Fetch box would loose that functionality. So finally, I have paid $490+ for a recording device that I can only use for continued $4 a month for recording but, maybe it can still be used for streaming other Streaming Services like netflix etc. Recomendation, for a fraction of the price, get yourself a Google stick or Amazon Firestick instead. And if your TV is resonably recent,, it propably has a recording function anyway if you insert a 'compatable" paring memory stick. Finally again, JUST DONT DO IT. There are far better options out there. |

Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Pathetic. Initally joined the 12month plan for the 10% off per month on your shopping. That has since been removed. Did a holiday trip recently and had sweet bugger all coverage… unless you were near a major city. No coverage elsewhere. Nothing from Ceduna, across the Nulabour and most of the Southen part of WA. Phone was showing full reception but "no service". However, thankfully my husband on Telstra had coverage and service when withing tower range. I was in range but 'No Service' emergency calls was all I had whilst travelling around WA for 2 months. Dont fall for it, unless you live in a City and don't travel to even minor country areas, don't expect to get coverage. When it was on 3g, it was not so bad, now it's just BAD!!!!! Especially on this renewal as the 10% off your shop is not available anymore, unless you are a new customer, but still dont expect 'usable' coverage if you leave very high populous areas. |

ALDI Jindurra Eye Fillet No better than stewing steak – November 2023, Aldi, near Victor Harbor Village South Australia, 4pcs pack of scotch fillet looked great in the pack, pale in colour and nice marbling. I thought this was a… bargain @ $29kg. However, it was as tough as any general supermarket stewing steak I have bought in the past, in fact the 2pcs I have left will be treated that way. Cooked mine like many Med/Rare stakes I have cooked in the past, the wife's a little longer. I could barely chew it and my wife's was no better. It's the 3rd time I have tried different Aldi steaks and have never been impressed. I'll stick to the chicken in future and get my stake from a trusted butcher.(Or Coles) |

DeLonghi Dragon 4 TRD42400MT Could have done better – I did some research on a good quality, efficient, electric heater we could use during the day whist our solar system was feeding into the house. This heater had good reviews. I… think I could have done a lot better for the money. Positive. Works well once set up. Appears to be low cost to keep running when heated. We also have a ceiling fan to help distribute the warmth. Negatives. Heavy and the wheels fold in when on carpet if you are not going in a straight line. Should have a handle on both ends for ease of movement or the handle at the other end of the heater so you are not pulling the heater onto the power cord. The timer setup is fiddly and hard to read, also the thermostat is very hard to read with dark numbers on a black background. The fins are covered, understandably, to avoid possible burns to children, however that forces most of the heat directly upwards. Fortunately we have a ceiling fan to disperse the heat better. Drags a lot of power to start, so, turning off for an hour or so makes it costly to start up again. |

Kambrook X Blade KSB100 Room for improvement – Works great, easy to use, variable speed and can't wait to try the Mashed Spud attachment. Powerful yet quiet, well built and feels like it will last a long time. However, the… stainless steel blender shaft and foot, scratch the surface of whatever item your blender may be used in, I didn't think of it at the time but a tough plastic foot on the blender shaft would have been a better choice for household use. AND the power cord is stiff way too short, you virtually have to be working right in front of the power outlet to use the item unless without having to attached a power extension cord. Really bad design flaw there. For the money, it's not too bad, but room for improvement. |
