emailed our proof of residency TWICE over as many nights then was told I would have to wait 10 business days so previous tenants connection could be cancelled.

I waited their 10 days and gave them two bonus days. Still no connection.

I just phoned them AGAIN, only to be told that the order had been retracted because they'd Never received my email of proof of residency, even after my original two calls confirmed they HAD received the email, and I would have to place the order Again and wait ANOTHER TEN DAYS!

receiving the whisk in the post i excitedly opened it and went to work in the kitchen.

I did everything the guy in the promo did, nada! When he did it he whisked milk in 5-6 pumps of his hand. He even whisked water to a gluey mass. Right THERE I should have known better than to be so gullible.

So after all of my trying, as per instructions on the tv because copying the tv guy wasn't working, I was still not able to get either of the whisks to perform as described.

After contacting customer support to complain that the product was faulty, the two for one offer, I was told by the supervisor/manager that it was "highly unlikely that TWO of the whisks could possibly be faulty and in the same delivery", a thinly veiled accusation that I was lying!

The NZ boss said she'd get a service person from the Australian branch to call and arrange for ONE to be replaced. Only ONE because there's no way TWO could be faulty, after having sold thousands without a Single complaint!

Fine, I'll wait for a replacement and see how that ONE goes. ..
