half of our hills hoist. Extremely quiet. Has cut my washing time in half due to capacity. Clothes come out almost dry after spinning. Extremely quiet. Very good value for price (appliance online fastest delivery and best price I found compared to other stores). Very quick and easy to install. Very water efficient. For such a large capacity machine it doesn't take up as much room as I imagined it would in our laundry. On two occasions the spin cycle did not complete and clothes came out dripping. This occurred when the load was less than full (ie. small load of towels) ?due to problems balancing when it isn't a full load or there are only 'small' or only 'large' items in the machine effecting balance. But possibly I haven't learnt the best cycle for this load and this may be due to my error rather than a fault of the machine.
