next day after I ordered, so i figured all was OK. However, 2 weeks later I still had not received the item, so I gave them a call and left a message (as they did not answer the phone) and also sent them an email. I did get a call back the next day saying the bag was not in stock and would be 2 weeks away, and they told me i should've received an email notification that it was not in stock. I told them i never received any emails aside from the one confirming my order had been processed. 2 weeks later I still had not received the item, so i called them again and was told it would be another 2 weeks at least. Finally a total of about 6 weeks after I had initially placed the order, I got a call saying the bag was on its way to me. I received the bag within 2 days of that phonecall but i am not happy with how much they stuffed me around and will probably not shop with these guys again. Good range of products and prices but aside from that, not much else I was happy with. Order very slow to arrive, however they are very quick to charge your credit card for it! Hard to get in touch with them as they do not answer the phone - but if you do leave a message, they do get back to you. If you email them with a query, takes days to hear back!

unbeatable I found. The stroller and everything else arrived within about a week of me placing the order, but they did not have the toddler seat to go with the stroller I ordered. They gave me a call to let me know it would be 3 to 4 weeks until it was in stock, so that was fine. A month later I still had not received the seat but they rang me and told me it would be another 5 to 6 weeks. It finally did arrive, a total of about 10 weeks after I initially placed the order. Lucky i ordered it long before bub was due, otherwise I would've possibly been stuck with 2 kids, and only a single stroller with no double seat! Best price i could find on the internet for the stroller i bought, super quick delivery for items they have in stock, they also don't charge much for delivery I had to wait quite a while to receive one of the items i ordered from them, which they did not have in stock at the time I placed the order.

Slim design, so it fits easily next to another car-seat, comfortable, adjustable headrest which can be adjusted as baby grows, not too expensive If using for from 14kg (minimum toddler weight to use with this booster chair), you need to buy s separate harness to use in conjunction with the car's seatbelt, and the harness is quite fiddly to use, but once you have the seatbelt and harness lengths adjusted as required, it's not too bad.
