Delivery was very slow, almost three weeks as the goods were shipped from the UK. I didn't know this as I thought that they would be shipped from Sydney which is MobileZap's address. $57 per month by direct debit. They send the bill and take the final payment on the last day it is due and still give me a 15% discount for paying on time. Their accounts are easy to read particularly in my case as I have solar panels on a gross meter and time of use on the other meter. Their customer service so far has been pretty good, not exceptional but they leave the others for dead. I don't think that a call centre in an energy company would be a very nice place to work so I do have some sympathy for them.

an Origin account for one of my properties. I got a phone call, most probably from the Philippines as I could hardly understand her asking why I was cancelling the account. I told her that the building owner was penalised ($12) for late payment every month because they take over 2 weeks to clear a cheque. I posted every bill on the 1st of the month and it never cleared till about the 15th. How many customers do they do that to? I also am a LPG customer. They bulk deliver and charge more that other companies who swap cylinders.
