Love LG – Wonderful microwave. Warms food nicely. Much better then my old Sharp. I use this every day to warm bottles, sterilise bottles. I steam our vegetables and defrost meat all the

time. I like the fact that the inside is rounded and makes it easier to clean. Display is easy to read. Comes with a bonus moisture retaining container. Great value. Warms and defrosts wonderfully

Great Electricity Saver – Great dryer. Drys clothes in a quarter of the time my old Hoover use to take. Love the fact it have child lock on the button controls. Doesn't fill the laundry with dust or too

much moisture, I have had it for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a big drop in our electricity usage (pre paid power). Filter is easy to get to, and very easy to empty. When I tell people my dryer cost $385, they say That was expensive, but after reading other reviews on here I think I made a really good choice. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. I would prefer to pay a little more and get a mid-range item that will last a little while, than buy a really cheap item and have to constantly get it fixed or have it brake down just after the warranty runs out. Easy to use. Mid-range price. Energy efficient. Easy to clean filter Have to make sure clothes are dry. Sometimes I have to hang my clothes on a clothes horse/airer.

Excellent – My poor Hoover Galaxy top loader finally gave in after 14 yrs. My husband asked me what sort of washing machine I would like and I have been researching all different brands of

washers. My first choice was a Fisher and Paykel top loader, but after reading more about the LG front loaders I was very impressed that they didn't use anywhere near as much water as a top loader. So my husband took me shopping and brought me a brand new washing machine. The first day I had my new LG WD13020D I had to do 7 loads of washing, after being without a machine for 5 days it really starts to add up. My son and I were so amazed the LG was so quiet that we sat in my laundry to watch the machine at work. I find washing your towels on the 800 spin is great, they come out very dry and not at all beaten. If you have good quality items I suggest turning down the spin speed to save a little heart ache, just until you work out what is best for the items you wash. Once you have worked it all out then washing becomes enjoyable. My son, who is 7 yrs old, even helps with the washing now. He will load the machine for me and ask what it has to be put on. He enjoys it just as much as I do.

I'm yet to use the Duvet wash, but going by what I've already experienced I think it should be ok.

Probably the only thing I WILL definately suggest is to look up the operation manual at www.lg.com.au and read all the information there about how to unpack your machine, and how to use it. I found this helped me ALOT. For a first time front load owner, I think this is an important step in keeping your machine in top condition and not wrecking it the minute you get it out of the box. Removing the special bolts and bungs at the back of the machine which keeps the bowl still while in transit, was something I didn't even know about. However the online manual will help you through all that information. Where to start..... It's very quiet, I have to keep checking on the machine to make sure it's still running. Only uses just enough water to wet your clothes. Very little liquid/powder or fabric softener is needed to get great smelling clean clothes. Please read over all comments below..... Nothing at all.
