Medela Harmony Great pump – Great brand, great pump. Easy to use, effective pump. Easy to put together and use and parts fit well inside steriliser. Brand used in hospitals. If you planned on pumping daily… you'd want an electric pump. Great to use occasionally. Shop around the cost varies alot and I found it cheaper o line. Easy to use and clean Cost high - shop around as I found it much cheaper online than in shops |

Baby Solutions Retro Hi-Lo Excellent value highchair – Great value at $99 from Kmart. Looks good, reclines (great for young babies starting to feed when they're not ready for really upright), on wheels, 3 position tray, removable pad… for cleaning. Had to assemble & instructions good except how to install footrest wasn't clear - this is all I can say bad about it though. Cost, look, wheels, recline option, removable padding |

Valco Baby Minder Great bouncer chair – Great chair, bounces easily, multiple heigh settings means newborn can use it. Highly recommend I'm loving ours! Cons are that when you move the chair around the room or pick it… up by the seat the chair raises to most upright position. So constantly putting it back to level again and you need 2 hands to lower seat. Design, various height settings, cost, toy bar, easy to transport Easy to raise seat and also difficult to recline back down - need 2 hands |

Nestle NAN H.A. 1 Gold Excellent – a great formula, loved by my son (6wks old) - moved to this brand from S26 which was making him throw up after each feed. Would recommend to anyone! my baby likes it and doesn't… throw up! also can be easily found in coles and woolworths and most chemists expensive (but no more than other brands), very sticky - if your hands are damp and you touch the scoop it gets all sticky, you need quite a few scoops for each bottle so you tend to go through the formula quickly (compared to other brands I tried anyway) |

Tommee Tippee Nappy Wrapper Tub Good – I got this as a gift before my son was born, I wouldn't have purchased one, but it is handy. I use it for poo nappies only to save a walk to the outside bin each time so it's been… good to have. The refills are too expensive to use for wee nappies too. As mentioned above, the bin keeps the smell inside when the lid is closed, but when you open the lid to put a new nappy inside the smell gets out and it's (of course) horrible! Emptying the bin requires a nose peg!! Would still recommend if you are prepared for the smell when lid is open and for expense of refills. I am still on my first roll of plastic and our son is nearly 7wks old (the bin has had to be emptied a few times, but you can just cut/rip the plastic and throw out the used part, then re-tie the plastic and keep using the same container). I only use it for poo nappies so 2 a day or so, but I'm happy I haven't had to re-fill the plastic wrap yet. easy to use hold your breath when you open the lid to put a nappy in - the smell is horrible it doesn't tend to keep the smell in the bin after you open the lid (but cannot smell anything with lid closed), refills are expensive |
