hot days to cool the living area but it had a faulty sensor and wouldn’t cool. We contacted the installer who redirected us to Daikin direct. I submitted the online service request and when Daikin finally contacted me, I was advised the unit was out of warranty because the unit was a year old when installed and it would be weeks before it could be serviced and there was no guarantee the required part would be available. As my husband was not well and without any firm Indication of a timeframe for repair or replacement, we decided to replace the Daikin with another brand. That was done within a week and works better anyway. The pristine appearing Daikin unit ended up in landfill. My experience is that the 5 year Daikin warranty is worthless. If you choose Daikin, please check the unit manufacture date with the installer as you could find your unit is already a year old so your 5 year warranty is reduced by a year. Also check that the installer is prepared to take responsibility for any faults.

and doesn’t require rinse aid. Not only does that save time and money, it leaves glasses sparkling clean without residue so sparkling drinks stay sparkling for longer. The laundry pre wash removed stains that no other brand has and the washing powder washes clean and fresh every time without leaving any residue. Based on their performance, Hudstone products are the only ones I will be buying from now on.

Sounds useful but really isn’t – I found the standard size queen doesn’t fit my standard size queen mattress well so it doesn’t stay in place. I struggle with the better bedder more than I would struggle with the sheets so it seems pointless .…

Poor quality at a high price and even worse customer service – I purchased 2 sets of bamboo sheets with pillowcases which I used a few times and laundered according to instructions. However the the stitching on one pillowcase seam unravelled…

and the fabric on another pillowcase frayed along the seam leaving both pillowcases unusable after just a couple of months of wear. The seam stitching on the 2 remaining pillow cases is also starting to unravel. When I reported the manufacturing fault to Supersleeperpro, I was advised that such manufacturing faults are deemed user error caused by faulty laundering and denied all responsibility. Even worse, I was offered replacement pillowcases at a “reduced price”! Selling faulty goods is bad enough but then blaming the customer and trying to profit from it is shameful. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company or sheets to anyone.
