  Toy Universe

Good online toy shop, great range of wooden railway toys! – I ordered from Toy Universe for the first time last week because they had a great range of wooden railway toys from several big brands (Thomas, Brio, Bigjigs) - my son has become

quite enthusiastic about his train set but those wooden train toys are expensive, so I was looking for somewhere I could get a good deal! They delivered the items quickly by courier, my parcel arrived 4 business days after I placed my order. Very happy with the toys and will order from them again.

  Bunyip Toys

Great range of toys including lots of Playmobil! – Ordered from Bunyip Toys for the first time last week because we are looking to build a bit of a Playmobil collection for our kids and they seem to have a very large range. In

addition to lots of playmobil they also stock many other thoughtfully chosen, high quality toys so I ordered some other wooden toys (Brio, Melissa & Doug) as well. Very happy with the communication, items were shipped on the next business day and arrived at my door 2 days after I was advised they had been shipped. To my surprise, in the parcel were several free gifts including a Playmobil keyring, badge and some stickers that my children will love. A nice touch! Will definitely shop with them again.

  Beds Online

Really happy with bed and service – I have ordered twice now from beds online. Both times I have been really happy with both the quality of the items and the customer service. The delivery was within the specified

time frame (7-10 business days), they phoned me to organise a suitable delivery window (4 hours) and then phoned me again about 15 mins before the delivery to tell me they were on their way. The mattress I ordered for my daughter's bed is really comfortable, great quality. The single bed frame is also really nice, solid timber and something that would cost several hundred dollars more in a large furniture store.

  Playdex

Appalling customer service – I placed my order with Playdex in mid-April for toys that were meant for my children's birthdays. I finally received my items today, 6 weeks later. I had actually thought I'd been

scammed after reading the negative reviews here, and had contacted my bank to try and get the money refunded on my credit card. The toys are really good, exactly what I ordered and great quality. However, the customer service is appalling. No answer to my emails and no phone number listed on their website. I did get an email from them every few weeks informing me my order was in progress, due to be shipped soon, etc. I was certain it must have been a fake online store as there is no ABN listed on the website either. Here I stand corrected, I suppose they are a legitimate business who are just hopeless at responding to emails and dealing with supply & demand problems. Who knows what the reason is, but I would not shop with them again. I have given two stars because the items finally showed up!

Do not reply to emails, shipping very slow

  Boba 3G Carrier

Love, love love my Boba 3G! – I wanted another carrier for my second child as he was quite unsettled as a newborn so I was carrying him every day. I had an Ergobaby which I loved but I thought I'd do some

research and try something different. All the reviews I'd read about the Boba 3G were overwhelmingly positive so I decided to give it a go. I have been using it every day since he was about 4 months old and I can now confidently say I love it!

While the Boba 3G and Ergobaby are the same fundamental design but there are differences that (I think) make the Boba superior. Most importantly I find it more comfy (and I am carrying my 10.7kg boy in this thing every day without back pain), this is because the straps are really easy to adjust once you have it on so you can get a great fit.

It also has a little clip on each shoulder that you can attach around your handbag/shoulder bag strap so the bag doesn't slip off all the time. The back of the baby seat part is nice and high on the Boba which I find supports baby's head really well when he is sleeping.

You also don't need an additional insert to use the Boba for newborns so it is less bulky and one less thing to buy (note: I didn't get to use the Boba with my baby as a newborn). The Boba 3G is generally lighter and less bulky than the Ergobaby. It also comes in a great range of patterns or plain colours.

I really love this carrier. I liken it to putting on my favourite pair of comfy jeans, it just fits so perfectly every time and I seriously don't feel the weight of my baby much at all. I can probably wear him for up to 2 hours without any discomfort at all, after about 2 hours I do start to get a bit tired and sore on the upper back.

I have recently started carrying him on my back too, which has been great. Took a little practice to get him on there by myself but now it is easy and very comfortable. On occasion I have also carried my 2.5 year old (14kg) in it which was no problem (although I don't think I'd be wanting to do it for too long!)

I have recommended this carrier to all the mum's in my mothers group! Super comfy, really easy to adjust while wearing it so you get a great fit, great designs Maybe one extra pocket to carry keys & wallet would be useful, but otherwise it is perfect!
