kettles!, even the computer shuts it down, faulty RCD, plug sockets will not hold plugs in, just an unreliable dud! Now Rapid will not look at it, what happened to 3 year Warranty!

Frustrating!!!! – Bought this as an A3 scanner and printer does not scan in A3 flatbed is the size of an A3 but only scans in A4. Print quality in standard documents is ok. Print quality for photos…

defficient. Works reasonably ok when printing from computer. When you go to use it as a photcopier it automatiaclly defaults to the A3 paper which gets very frustrating.

Also when using the scan function from the unit you have no idea where it will end up in the computer - we had trouble locating scanned documents and had to search the computer using the date as a locater.

Needless to say we are now off to buy a HP The box it came in Too frustrating...Misrepresentation about scanning size/capability
