which I convert into gift cards. As I travel every year overseas, it is great that it comes with travel insurance if I pay the tickets with the credit card and am one of the passengers. The other advantage is that if I buy overseas for online shopping, I don't get charged a transaction fee, just the conversion rate (which is of course in favour of ANZ, but not too bad). So I have been recommending this card to my friends who travel overseas and also like online shopping. The only drawback is that the free annual flight has to be booked many months in advance to get the date you want. In terms of security, they are quite good as well. They approach you proactively if there are odd patterns in your purchases to ask if it was you.
