It does the job – I have been using the Kitchen Master for about a year now and have no major complaints. The main reason I got this machine was because we just moved here and was starting from…

scratch. So I saw this as a good opportunity to buy this machine that does the chopping, blending, mixing, whipping, steaming and all the functions it promises, instead of buying separate appliances. In that aspect, it does all the job well. However, if you already have all the necessary appliances that does all these separately, then I don't really see the need to purchase this machine.

Some of the minor complaints - It doesn't do the job so well if you are blending a small amount. I can't seem to get it very fine. Bigger batches are alright. Another area that needs improvement is the manual and recipes. Although I'm aware of the Bellini addicts recipes, I like to use my own recipes. But it's very difficult guessing the timing and speed for some of the functions because of the lack of info in the manual.

Overall, I'm happy with this machine because I didn't have any kitchen appliances to start with.

He offered us a complimentary fabric protection package and honoured a similar discount during the sales period we ordered our first lounge, if we selected another lounge model. It all worked out in the end and we now have a very comfy lounge from Nick Scali. We've been to many shops looking for lounges (especially after our first order was damaged) and couldn't find one to match the quality and price.

The dining table that we purchased is now the centrepiece of our home. Well designed with a good solid quality finish. Overall, the sales personnel at the showroom were very helpful with our enquiries every time we were there.
