bother buying it. I have had the one I bought originally 'replaced 3 times. Worked fine for a couple of months and then the same software glitch starts. The clock doesn't display properly, keeps flashing through a cycle over and over (see pic). If it is anywhere within your field of vision when either working on your PC or watching TV, or whatever - the flashing and turbulence on screen will annoy you. Then, when you text or call Amazon CS you will get the run around. The latest attempt at resolution took 3 phone calls over three days. And an online chat with a total of five different 'agents' who kept passing me to the next. Now that is bad enough, but each of those agents, by phone or by online chat, all wanted to know what the problem was. So I needed to repeat each and every time I was transferred. No Customer Care whatsoever. Dreadful. Outcome - yes, they are sending me another one!! I don't want it. I wanted a refund but unfortunately "Our system doesn't allow us to do that". my credit card, despite UT saying they charge in AU$. The shirts looked nice felt nice but noticed black dust on the table where we had unpacked them. So, we washed them before wearing them. But that didn't help. Upon wearing they leave black dust on everything they touch. Stuck to underwear, stuck to cushions, skin, anything they come in contact with. Wrote to the company to explain, received a short "We have never encountered that". Sent them pictures of the dust and told them they were not built for purpose. They said I could send them back for a refund IF, unwashed, still in original packaging! So basically you would need to send any clothing back as soon as you received it, without checking it, or trying it on, or unpacking it. Sounds reasonable - NOT. So not impressed with the product, and even less impressed by the company attitude. Pictures show the amount of black lint coming from one shirt after a ten minute air-dry (not warm or hot) cycle in a clothes dryer.

Proceeded to scrub the glass, and noticed that where the spray had run down it had cleaned off the stubborn stain... so I sprayed more evenly, wipe off and WOW... all clean - same with the floor tiles, look like new. About the Spray mechanism. The first time I used it I pulled the lever hard and it took a while to get back to position enabling the next pull. But, I found if do lots of small pulls, it works perfectly. VERY HAPPY!!
