AGL send an email to us that yes we are correct on the tariff we had discussed, but then no follow up. When we rang again we were back to square one as nobody knew our story. Then finally told (although this staff member was quite helpful) that if tariff is not correct on the bill call them back. So we should have just connected the power and then when we got the bill chased it up then. Would have saved us time.

Overall in the past we have not had issues with AGL except when our solar on our other house was first connected.

two years old. I didn't want and iphone because I KNOW I drop my phones. This phone was dropped on the first night of me getting it and numerous times since. No smashed screen. The phone has frozen on my two or three times (due to being dropped?). I seem to have trouble with the volume being turned down and even the other day I found it on virbrate when I had not changed it intentionally. I am not sure how it happens, perhaps while in my bag? It is fairly easy to navigate. I did have a friend give me a hard time due to the size of the icons - 'isn't that phone for people with visual impairment'. One thing that really bugs me with it though it that the predictable text turns itself on and off and I can't find where you turn it back on in the phone. I will have to research it as I just get used to using it again and it turns itself off again. I have dropped it numerous times and it has not smashed. Predictable text keeps turning itself on and off and the volume turns itself down somehow.

signing up with another sales person who didn't mention the cooling off period. I had a very had time understanding one particular sales person and could not understand the contract terms. I had to keep stopping him and getting him to repeat everything. In the end I just gave up and answered yes to everything. I should have rung back and got onto someone I could understand. When I went to cancel the contract I was told there actually was no cooling off period. I had to get angy with the staff so that they would let me out of the contract. The deal simply was too good to be true, unlimited download for a great price but the speed was frustratingly slow. Good price. Way too slow, terrible.

used it on the weekend and got my husband to do the back for me (I told you I am hopeless). I found it really easy to use and I like that you can change the heat settings. The cord rotates so it's easy to use. It heats up so quickly which is great because I have kids and I don't want to have to leave it laying waiting for it to be ready. Very happy!
