BenBat YummiGo A dangerous booster seat – We had this for a few months and while my son was sitting in the seat the whole strap came away from it's connection. The straps also became stretched looking after some use. I… think BenBat should use better quality straps and a more secure connection. I raised these issues with BenBat but they ignored my concerns. I also logged it with the ACCC as a safety concern. I would advise finding a proper high chair. This was one of the reason we actually bought this as high chairs aren't always available but I rather not put my son in danger. |

Holman Dial EZY Controller A piece of junk! Bad product and customer service – Much like another post here, this is also the last product I’ll ever buy from Holman. I’m surprised Bunnings sells this junk. Unfortunately Bunnings range of Holman products is… increasing. The only good thing is that the Dial EZY is that it’s easy to program. It’s very unreliable, mine turned itself on even in “off mode”. The build quality is cheap. This is the sixth item I’ve bought from Holman that has failed. I’ve had sprinklers, a WaterWhiz system and valves fail only after a very short time. Their customer service is no better, I only got a reply from them when pushed by Bunnings. And they didn’t even offer an apology for the amount of time and money I’ve wasted on their products. Very poor for an Australian company - I purchase overseas now, professional brands like Hunter, not only are they sometimes cheaper but much better quality. As for Holman - never again! |

nlc Don't waste your time and money with this company. Go with another lease company if you must – This company overall is a bad choice if you want to lease a car. I've had major troubles with them: 1) They got the year of my car wrong to begin with - asked them to change it… on numerous occasions to avoid future problems but they never did. This was most basic mistake they made but it all got worse from here... 2) Generally incredibly bad communication, once they have you locked in it's hard to get a return phone call or emails answered especially when the questions get "too hard" for them. 3) Had to make an insurance claim half way through my lease where I wasn't at fault. -They lost all of my crucial details about the accident I provided to them the first time and didn't return any initial emails or phone calls. -The process was a 5 1/2 week turn around. -Was suggested on a phone call to their underwriters I would get a 2014 plate replacement vehicle but ended up with a 2013. -Had to continually hound them for a letter confirming the car was written off so I could get a refund on my registration. I very nearly missed the cut off date for this. -The nlc insurance manager sent me an invoice for a new insurance premium, when it clearly says in their own PDS and their underwriters already confirmed the insurance policy caries on in an event like this. He clearly doesn't know his own company's terms and conditions. -Their insurance has a ridiculously high premium after further research anyway. 4) They tried to charge me for another lease establishment fee during my lease. 5) When I was getting this lease establishment fee refunded, they refunded the wrong amount! They often fail to get things right the first time. Even when answering questions, don't always accept what they say it correct. 6) I finally received a letter detailing the insurance procedure they said they would send out in the beginning on how to help me through the process, but this arrived well after everything was sorted. Thanks nlc, that was very helpful. 7) They charge you extra for them make a direct payment rather than reimbursing you. This is a pain you might as well just forget about the whole point of getting them to manage the lease. I actually though having a lease was supposed to make life easier but I sure which I just took out a simple bank loan and managed the car myself. nlc overall has incredibly bad professionalism, customer service and terrible communication so I would definitely not deal with them again nor recommend them. It's ridiculous paying for their high admin fees for this horrendous service. Go elsewhere if you must take out a car lease. |

Masport Bunnings 470 2'n1 Cheap price but also cheap build quality, you sure do get what you pay for! – After reading another review on this page, I concur and I have had similar issues. The motor caused the housing to vibrate and I ended up with a crack in the housing around one of… the screws, which in turn caused it to vibrate more due to it not being secure. This got repaired within the the warranty period. Six months out of warranty, the mower got a split brace underneath between the two rear wheels, one side of the brace literally snapped clean off. However, as someone below mentioned, Masport Australia fixed it for free after I complained, even though it was out of warranty. It's a piece of junk (albeit cheaper that other mowers) and I'm waiting for the next issue. I originally got recommended this based on Masport being good quality however, I will spend the extra money next time probably along the Honda line of mowers due to this bad experience. Purchase price, generally starts okay, it's a loud mower by comparison to others. Incredibly bad build quality. Has been repaired twice. |

Therapeutic Pillow International OK, could be better – Purchased a memory foam pillow from this company, it was okay but could be better. Initially one of the strongest smelling pillows I have bought of the same type, aired it out for… a couple of weeks which improved this. Comfort - generally acceptable to me, no good if you move around a lot a night (as a lot of people do). Build Quality - the cover that comes with the pillow is ridiculous, it's loose, makes the pillow look cheap, and doesn't help hold the pillow with the inserts together at all. There also was a number of loose memory foam strands in the package. Had another query after purchasing the pillow via email and it was ignored. Overall, could be a better product if it was finished better with slightly better customer service. Would recommend "try before you buy" if it is possible for you to find somewhere which would allow you to do this. Comfort reasonable, adjustable inserts helps you adjust to your own profile. Built quality could be better, customer service could be as well. |
