to 6 i tried booking over the net while calling them inbetween. After being on hold for 20mins some guy who can barely speak english brushes me off in 30secs. Saying their website was down so he can't check anything try back in 1 hr. Tried back in 1 hr and got the same reply system was still down. Tried again for the last time and explained that for the past 3 hrs i've been trying to book the $9 flight, she puts me on hold to come back and say "Sorry it's been sold out"? That's when i lost it and demanded to speak to someone higher. After waiting on hold again the supervisor answers and tells me the same thing. They could not answer my simple question "How on earth was it booked out if your system was down" she had no answer for me just kept apologising. Then she had the nerve to tell me that people called up and booked over the phone to which i replied "Are you mentally challenged? I just told you in plain english I have called several times and was told that there is nothing they could do as the system was down! So how did these people book?" I gave her a piece of my mind before i slammed the phone shut. It's all a scam, how convenient that their system was down between 4-8pm? I dont know how that unexperienced woman is supervisor? makes me think i should apply for the ceo position. After all you don't need experience to work at jetstar they will teach you the tricks of the trade. Don't get me started with crapstar!!

like a god send. Does not heat up as quickly as the cheaper brands i tried but once it has heated it cooks your sandwhich super fast. Seals everything in especially great for melted cheese and cuts the bread so you end up with 4 triangles. Love it well worth the money.
