they slip down every 5 min and after two washes it’s started to pill. Contacted customer service and was told I must have the wrong size eventho the lady in the store said it’s correct and she completely ignored the pilling issue. She then told me to go spend more money at Lorna Jane as the [Name Removed] and core stability tights will suit my needs better (for a walk) She won’t offer any other solutions for their very overpriced poor quality tights. Customer service later mentioned to me these tights are just for walking ( which is what I got them for) and NOT for a work out which is funny as the website states in their description “during those high intensity workouts“ I don’t think this customer service representative knows what they are selling

Unfortunately after this terrible experience I will no longer shop at Lorna Jane. Even Big w has a better refund/exchange policy. I will be reporting this incident to ACCC
