Then I found out that it was mostly owned by Harvey Norman and Ariston products are made using chinese assembly lines and getting them rebadged in Italy and selling it off in Australia for a 150% mark up, and this was by an ex Harvey Norman worker. brilliant. It's now backed up by Fisher and Paykel for warranty since they own part of Fisher and Paykel now. Yes, it's a Chinese made washing machine, but works better than the German one I had before. I'm pleased and will be looking at a dryer very soon.

Also it's got a 1/2 wash cycle if you forget clothes too, this has been really helpful for me with kids and all! Best part was that I paid $499 for it at SA Appliance Warehouse in Adelaide - Bargain! Washes well, 1/2 load cycle and uses less water.

I was told by Bosch that it had a two year warranty which was fine. Then I get told that because it's commercial it now comes with three months and now they won't cover the warranty at all. So I'm up for $450 for a new electronic board. Washes good when it's working. Bad service department, lying to customers to get them to buy.
