How do i de scale this mode EN11B
Operations book. Where to get one?
About half the water leaks from the capsule chamber into the drip tray. The two winglets on the water spout are okay and the the seesawing "drop stop" does its thing to direct the coffee towards the front of the coffee maker. I have descaled the coffee maker a number of times using the Nespresso technic. Either the diffuser (that makes the square pattern of holes on the foil side of the capsule is clogged or maybe the o-ring on the other side of the capsule chamber needs replacing. Does anyone know how to disassemble the brew chamber to access the capsule pod chamber? The instructions on page 36 at external link are not very clear.
how do you remove a capsule when the Nespresso U is jammed and won't open?

My machine pierces the pod but the water is coming out into where the pods drop instead of through the pod and out the spout. Almost like a hose has come off/apart. Is this fixable
