Can I get a replacement lid? The seal has gone missing
Hello, I have recently purchased a Kogan Thermoblend Smarter Home and was wondering if the recipe book for the Pro is able to be used in the Smarterhome ?
Once the machine is programmed and set to start, immediately a high fan whine is heard and it produces an E02 error. I have tested this a number of times with the same result every time regardless of the settings.
We need to purchase the blade assembly and nut ,can you tell me we’re I can get these from ,thank you Linda cox.

OMG me too, it's a nightmare. My son can get it off you just have to sort of wiggle lean the jug to the front or back. I cannot get it off at the moment. So frustrating!

I waited for the device to cool down after cooking at high temperatures, after 30 mins it still couldn’t get more than speed 4. I even removed the jug & poured out the content. Is something wrong with my device?

Hi I understand that this device only allows up to speed 4 at high temperature. I waited for 30 mins it still couldn’t get above speed 4. I even removed the bowl, poured out the contents & still didn’t work till like 1 hr later. Is something wrong with the device? Kindly advise. Thanks!!
