Why have you changed L’Oreal Creme 316 plum with prune and claim it is the same as the plum? It absolutely is not the same colour! How you can claim this is beyond me & why you changed it,I don’t understand like myself many people have been using the 316 plum for many years! Please consider bringing the original plum 316 back

I put a platinum Jerome Russel toner on my hairand unfortunately it turned blue. I took the colour down by using b4 and it is now an acceptable pale ash blond. I have bought a Loreal castings cream gloss 1021light pearl blond. Will this help?
