2008 Mitsubishi Pajero diesel went into limp mode and traction control light and engine light is on, cant go fast enough for auto to change gears
Could be any number of things, you need to get the error code. I believe places like Supercheap can do this, but will almost certainly have to go to a mechanic.
I once had this happen when the vacuum hose came off after a service

I've recently purchased a 2007 ns vrx Pajero and i have been told that they all come with a rear diff lock is this true because my car doesn't seem to have the button installed
I have it in my car, it near the car cigarette lighter. Behind the 4wd control gear.
Not all Pajero NS modes had diff lock. Was an factory fitted accessory, normally offered as part of an optin pack.

I have a 2008 NS Pajero diesel which is having EGR valve problems. I have had the valve cleaned a few times but the engine still comes on. How many EGR valves does the engine have? I know that there is a Air Mass sensor in the air cleaner system but is there more than one EGR valves?
Just the one, you might need a new solenoid because they burn out pretty quickly if they get gunked up
Thanks for your response. However, is the solenoid part of the valve or separate? If a solenoid is the problem, why couldn't my local Mitsubishi dealer detect this when they had the valve out for cleaning a few weeks ago instead of quoting me over $1,000 to replace the EGR valve?
just put a blanking plate in

I don't have this in the winter, but will start if I drive a long road. I took the car in and they replace all the suspension bushes. It didn't work. I really don't know what to do next. Is it the steering rack or the engine mountings. Please help Monty
try with the engine running see if you can rotate the front drive shaft if you cant could be front axel free wheeling clutch or vacuum leak to solenoids or hoses is itpertrol or diesel
