Thanks for your comments BRuss, im still waiting for Sleepmaker to do some thing about my bed. It is a disgrace that you spend some much money on a bed and end up with rubbish. I now have to take natural sleeping tablets at night to try and get some sleep as the bed is totally uncomfortable and HOT to sleep on. I will be looking at AH Beard to replace the absolute heap of garbage Sleepmaker call a bed. The rep came to my house to look at our king size bed and said that it needs to go back to the factory for further investigation, that was November 2011 he also said that they couldn't do any thing until the New year because they were busy, perhaps there are a lot of beds being repaired!

I'm soon turning 80...40 years before my time sleeping on the Seally abomination!I had a SleepHaven for 20 years before the springs caved in and it was time to buy another but alas the wrong one, should've stuck to what I knew. Thank you for restoring my faith in an old faithful bedding brand, I will go out with confidence and purchase one this week. (see my review on Seally)

Following a querie from Ruth M (see questions) I have been informed that the supplier of this mattress has gone into receivership. After contacting AH Beard I discovered that this mattress was manufactured solely for Sleepcity/Everday Living and cannot be purchased anywhere else. AH Beard may re commence manufacture should the company that takes over from Sleepcity want them. Sorry for anyone who missed out on purchasing one and hope that another company takes on the contract at a later date (I still love my bed, even with the broken ankle that I currently have!!!) Thanks your your review. I am replacing a near new Sleepmaker gel mattress that is the worst bed I have ever known. Sleepmaker will do nothing to help me so I want a company that make a good bed and have a customer service that do what they say they will..
