Woeful Service – I'm not sure why the reviews have been positive for BankSA, because my dealings with them have been terrible.

The biggest issue I've had with them was last week. After speaking with one of the phone operators I was promised that my issue had been dealt with. This week I received the dreaded overdrawn letter because nothing had actually been done.
