Bad – This brand has gone down in my opinion. It's a pity these machines aren't made to last - landfills are full enough. Easy to use and produced a satisfying coffee. The water tank (clumsy and clunky), the very noisy frother, and the fact that the machine died on me after less than a year's use, making 1 coffee per day. I'm seeking answers and hoping I can fix rather than ditch the thing. It heats up, but neither the brewing nor the steaming functions work. Will I buy another Breville if necessary? I'll be thinking twice and checking out other brands.
