Good – A good machine for the price - easy to use and makes a pretty good cup of coffee. We use it around 6-8 times a day so we are always amazed if we get 12 months out of a machine as I dont think they are made for using so heavily on a daily basis. This one has reached 12 months so we are happy. nice reasonably priced machine after 12 months of use although the machine is still going fine, the coffee doesnt come through very hot any more and we either have to leave it sitting for 15 minutes before pouring, or if desperate we have to give it a few seconds in the microwave. If you leave less that 2 mugs worth of coffee to keep warm for a while, it stews it very quickly so probably not worth leaving it on, but better to start a fresh one when required.
