Unreal Machine! – The Breville Dual Boiler is my 5th machine in a line of upgrade-itus machines in an attempt to get a boutique style espresso experince in my home. I am a serious enthusiast and have spent the last year and a half deciphering all the components and technique that go into making the perfect espresso and cappuccino. This is the only machine out there that I have found tht makes this possible without purchasing a GS3 or some incredibly expensive pro-sumer unit. Once I purchased the Breville Smart Grinder (which is incredible and makes perfectly ground even coffee grinds) and spent time with different pro barista's dialing this baby in (which was me learning how shots should look, feel and taste) this machine delivered big time.

Incredible results, incredible consistency, and you can taste the tiny nuances of each type of coffee you put through the machine. I only use serious coffee less than 10 days old from date of roast from either Red Brick in London, Intelligenstia, or CREMA in Nashville where i live.

The build quality is excellent as well and I have flown this machine across country (in a custom Pelican case) and checked it on airlines and it is built like a tank. Take it out of the case, wait exactly 6 minutes for it to heat up and then start pulling awesome shots!!

It also steams milk like a champ! The first time I did it I got perfect micro-foam and have been pouring latte art ever since.

Cleaning and maintenance are a dream as well with its simple "clean me" signal it gives you every 200 shots. Put in the cleaning filter in the group head, drop in a little cleaning pill, and 10 minutes later your ready to rock.

I have pulled at least 500 shots and it works like a charm. Love it!! High quality, beautiful to look at, fast and reliable, amazing shots and perfectly steamed micro-foam milk Zero problems and nothing wrong after 500+ shots
