Super product! – I wanted a kettle with a steel finish for my kitchen.The sales person at Harvey Norman asked me a question I found really strange at that time...Would you like a silent one? Needless to say we bought it without hesitation! And silent it is! Love the way the top smoothly opens at the touch of a button. Smooth!
