Great jug. Excellent – Fast boiling, very quiet. It has no funny taste to the water like another jug we had before it (can't remember the brand). Love this jug and will buy it again. Oh and it has a one handed refill, lid flips open to pour tap water in. Also you can extend the boiling period of the water,for babies bottles for instance, by leaving the lid up. That seems to stop the auto turn off. All features are excellent Can't find anything, I guess it was a bit in the more expensive range for electric jugs but you get what you pay for.
