Short lived and a bit dangerous – Our Cafe Roma lasted the warranty period, but only just... After that the inside of the machine started filling up with water and leaking everywhere.

Breville customer service reply via their website? An email with their very few service centres listed, where we can repair at our cost.

It is a low cost unit, but I'm not interested in buying appliances that only have a 1 year lifespan. Maybe its worth it if you are only interested in a temporary coffee maker. After sales service terrible. Looks good Poor Quality, Dangerous, Bad customer service
