Long lasting. easy and great value machine – Brought this after one at work lasted through years of abuse. Ours has done the same, 4 years, avg. of at least six coffees a day.

I use filter tap water and run CLR through maybe once/twice a year. I also unscrew the strainer plate and give that a good wash about once a year.

Makes great coffee but you need to find the right type of grind. My sug. for a quick, great coffee, is to use Caffe Aurora Italian style pre ground. Microwave about 200mls milk(so good reg. works as well) for 45secs in a mug. express your coffee straight into the mug with a quick stir, comes out a tasty and creamy latte every time. I do not bother with the frother unless making a cappuccino. Cheap, easy, long life and makes great coffee.
