Great quality – This is a very good quality machine, had mine for over 6 months, very reliable. Does great Milk in about 20 to 30 seconds. The one shot is not very strong but the double shot works great! (depends on brand of coffee too) I would have given this a 4 and a half but not able to so I settled for 4 Reliable, easy clean, good crema, nice looking machine. Noisy, the inset in the handle is hard to get out.
