OK – I love this, I use it every couple of days as part of my shower routine, just quickly to remove any lingering dirt and grime in the pores. I don't recommend leaving it one for more than 30 seconds as it can irritate a little, but if you use it properly it should do what it promises and lower the frequency of your blemishes. Also saps up any excess oil on the skin and didn't dry out my skin. Decent price, keeps the skin clean, didn't irritate my sensitive skin as other products do. Often hard to find in my supermarket
