Good – Sounds is good, performance is decent, cheap compared to the iPod, sufficient memory to lose things, internet downloadable firmware updates are highly automated, but an update screwed it up and we needed a reset. The good is the reset recovered it, but the reset hardware is too clever and not durable for the heavy handed. Bought direct from Creative Singapore and delivered on time as advertised - a good experience overall. Reasonably priced, works well, small and light, universally supported by the a/v device management software, creative provides OK support small joy stick not friendly for big fingers; needed a reset after trying to upgrade firmware
