Dyson DC25
3.6This is perfect! Can't live without it – - When I purchased mine, it came with a 2 year guarantee, as opposed to a standard warranty. What made this guarantee differentiate itself from your standard explicit warranties provided by manufacturers, is that Dyson are apparently to happy to ensure that the end user is happy with the product for 2 years, regardless of what happens to the unit. So if something is damaged due to wear and normal use, they are apparently happy to replace the part. That said, I haven't had any issues with the parts breaking.
- It's constructed of highly durable plastics for the most part.
- All the filters are washable, I usually put them through the washing machine.
- I've enjoyed the fact that this is a highly manoeuvrable upright vacuum.
- The ball at the base of the unit really helps moving it around.
- It's a pleasure to use, and even thought the price is steep, it's been worthwhile. It's definitely unquestionable that this is a quality product.
- It's still going strong beyond its 2 year guarantee.
- Long hair does get caught in the power head mechanism, but easy enough to clean out, as the brushes can be removed. Reliable, high quality parts and design. Expensive.
This is still going, and out of all the house hold appliances ... this probably gets the most abuse.
