Hate it! – There is no problem with the suction, but hate the large handle on the top of the suction coil. This vac is hard to move around the floor as the suction coil is not fitted to the front of the vac but the side. And it is so noisy they cat and dog both hate it. I have never had such a noisy vacuum. Previously had an Electrolux and have just ordered one on line and after 3 months of the Dyson have sold it. Never again Dyson. Great suction Noisy and not user friendly
