I hate this vaccuum cleaner – For the first ten minutes I loved it to bits. Then it stopped sucking. Over several months I learned all the wee tricks to keep it sweet - basically dismantle it and clean all the filters every time you use it. Now the catch on the canister is loose because I've done this so much and this morning a new problem: the power cord jammed inside the machine and I can't see any way of getting the jolly thing apart to fix it. Next time I will buy a Miele.
