Lint holes require nitpicking – Very few problems since bought in March 2007 (DX102WJ). Little holes in rotating arms need occasional cleaning : suggest using tweezers. Tines are a bit too close together : double-spacing tends to work better, but reduces load capacity. Upper shelf recently decided to dip severely : can't figure why, but may have something to do with plastic clips on sides of shelf.

Very low energy (2 stars) and water (1 star) ratings. Subject to above, does its job well. Bought because its dimensions similar to its predecessor. $650 + $99 for 5-year warranty + $120 installation. Free delivery.
