The worst dishwashing machine and customer service ever – We bought the dx302 approx. four years ago and we have had the heating element replaced numerous times and had the switch burn out. When service repairs were conducted on our dishwasher and service fees paid, we found the machine was still not working. Service call out fees are ridiculous and their customer service was cold and applied no common sense to our situation.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from Electrolux because when things go wrong their service is terrible and the machines have many issues that just keep reoccurring. Works well for the first 12 month Awful customer service, ridiculous repair cost with little gain
