Great when it WORKS – the fact that i had not one but two of these vacuums break and have had waited longer for repairs than the life of one of these vacuums is unacceptable. A vacuum which breaks at 2 months old should be replaced without causing the client any disruption.
Having a replacement warrenty for all vacuums regardless of the age or state of them is disgraceful. I have been without a vacuum for 8 weeks in total of the two vacuums. lightweight, grreat suction, copes with toddlers and pets, easy to use, one handle does it all. It breaks down at 8 weeks old. Very Bad warranty service.
