Piece of rubbish - Model ZUA3860P - Ultractive – Bought oct 2010, not used until almost christmas time 2010 with poor results; it proceeded to shut down then and when we dared try to use it again since, even up to 19 May 2012, the fault remains. It has had a new hose and attachment to cleaner body fitted in past two weeks but is still not worth the money paid for it.

Shame on Electrolux for such a 'dud' of a machine. We,ve had so many good ones in the past but this is "rubbish".

All we want is a machinje that will operate without shutting down after only a couple of minutes use. my old small Sanyo for the car is so much better and much more reliable.

This has certainly turned us of Electrolux! The technician told us we were "nuts' to purchase this machine; didn't realise. Will tell so many friends and family. We thought the handle controls would be good - Not so! Continually shuts down after just a couple minutes use - hardly used since December 2010 - wasted money
