Dead right after warrany ended – Fax and scanner are working fine - except printer. Recently the problems started with getting a single magenta line per head movement even if I print only black and white. This is not caused by a blocked jet, it is rater a faulty print head that has one nozzle always on. currently I am having 4 magenta lines on the paper.

Apart of that, replacing the ink cartridges twice costs roughly the same as a new printer and they don't last long because of frequent cleaning cycles required to keep the printheads in good condition.

The device has a flimsy touch and feel and I would not buy it again. duplex, Ethernet port Printer, design, relability, running cost, short life span
